The resort located between the middle and the eastern part of the country up to the north of the country, in an area classified as the most ecological friendly area in the Czech Republic. The resort surrounded by several hills wrapped by natural forests, constructed and designed in a luxurious style, brand new and woody hand made houses.

Resort general description:

The resort lies on area approximately about 30000 square meters, consisting of 6 big houses one of them for service, 9 cottages, and appendixes. It`s completely surrounded by a natural fence of trees as will as rounded by a net of roads, and this net of roads are about 350 meter. Additionally it`s contain an extra space designed for camping and it`s fully prepared with water and electricity, within other extra space its possible also to build additional 4 cottages.

The resort has a modern and very will established underground water system for both tap water and to remove access rain water, which is directly connected to the adjacent lake. Additionally the resort contain its own water source which is for free, together with a back up system connected to the village water system, in case of any shortage in the resort own water system. More over, the resort contains a special filtration system for the waste water which is an important criterion for this ecological area.

The resort is surrounded by two lakes both of them can be used for fishing, while only one of them can be used for swimming. Artificial Swimming pool is existed. Finally this resort is located in a very calm and quiet area.

Perspectives of the place:

The building of the place starts on 2001 and extend until end of 2007, and the reason its take that long time because it was build and prepared very carefully and with concentration on high standards. The resort stands for a perfect investment, since Czech Republic is a very desirable destination for tourist from the entire world and especially from Europe.

The current clients for the resort majorly from only two country in Europe Holland and Czech republic, which its mean with a little improvement in the marketing of the place its will open a new and serious market for example Germany and Scandinavian countries, as will as the Arabic market especially during summer.

Taken in consideration that`s this year 2008 was the first year of resort to work entirely, and the resort was directed by the owner himself whom he has a lot of commercial activities, which it means that he do not hire any employees and the resort was occupied less than 50% during the first year.

1- The resort requires hiring three employees as minimum, a manager, accounting and one for service.

2- The important work stand on the shoulder of the manager who should seek and find new markets, which can be done easily by cooperation with (companies, travel agencies, universities, schools and any potential establishments or governmental departments), as a demonstrative examples:

- One of the activities in the Czech Republic called nature school, which it means that the students go to spend a period of time in nature and this activity can be held during the entire study year which means that it`s held even during winter (skiing).

- Another example also in Czech Republic, what is called firms workshop which is usually held for new employees.

- In-group (people of same interest) like bikers and old cars lovers or owner Etc...

Finally the owner will give the all and entire connection he already made, also selling can be done immediately with keeping all current contracts for the winter season.
